Senior Technical Program Manager

About the role

Rad AI is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to own delivery of the Reporting product line, which powers real‑world radiology reporting and streamlines clinician workflows. The role sits within Product Management and splits time between roadmap execution with engineering and leading complex health‑system integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate new client and vendor integrations at scale, acting as the escalation point for HL7, FHIR, DICOM, PACS/RIS issues.
• Build repeatable playbooks, runbooks and KPI dashboards to track time‑to‑go‑live, defect rates and adoption.
• Drive cross‑functional execution of roadmap initiatives, managing schedules, scope, dependencies and release coordination.
• Own communication for large reporting initiatives, keeping leadership and clinical stakeholders informed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 6+ years as a Technical Program Manager in software or healthcare‑IT, delivering complex, cross‑functional programs.
• Proven experience managing customer‑facing integration and deployment programs in health‑system environments.
• Excellent communication skills to translate between technical engineers and clinical/IT stakeholders.

Required skills

• HL7 v2 message parsing and troubleshooting.
• FHIR REST APIs, JSON/XML payloads, OAuth2/SMART on FHIR basics.
• DICOM objects, PACS/RIS worklist flow.
• Interface engines such as Mirth Connect, Rhapsody or Cloverleaf.
• API testing tools (e.g., Postman), SQL, light Python or shell scripting for diagnostics.
