Senior Product Manager - Treatment Delivery Systems

About the role

Siemens Healthineers is looking for a Senior Product Manager in Treatment Delivery Systems. The role is remote in the US, with less than 25% domestic and international travel. You will define and drive the business performance of the assigned product(s), solution(s) and/or service(s) across the whole product lifecycle, turning clinical, technical and business input into clear priorities and product decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Define product for future advancements in the assigned portfolio, overseeing product development and design of advanced treatment delivery workflows
• Define and prioritize system features, and act as the voice of the customer with a deep understanding of clinical workflows and unmet needs
• Take part in cross-platform discussions, develop and manage user needs, design input and product backlog, and take part in product positioning and voice of customer initiatives
• Maintain a broad understanding of modern treatment delivery, imaging and motion management techniques
• Support sales, marketing and commercialization; demo products at trade shows and customer meetings
• Support compatibility and interoperability testing of third-party products and contribute to business cases for new products
• Act as clinical expert for regular post-market surveillance of product quality

Required profile

• Ph.D. in Medical Physics or a closely related field
• 8+ years of experience in medical physics
• Desired: certification by a professional organization such as the American Board of Radiology (ABR), CCPM or equivalent
• Desired: 5+ years of experience with Varian delivery systems (Halcyon, Ethos, TrueBeam, Edge, C-series)
• Desired: treatment planning and delivery expertise in advanced techniques (SRS, SBRT, adaptive RT) and experience implementing complex clinical workflows

• Base pay range of $177,780 - $244,442, depending on geography, market, skills, education and experience
