Senior Manager, Workplace Experience

About the role

AVEVA is seeking a senior leader to drive the workplace experience across its Americas operations. Based in San Leandro, CA, the role will shape both physical and digital environments to support a hybrid work model and enhance employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Americas Workplace Experience team across three countries and four offices, overseeing facilities management, health & safety, sustainability and lease administration.
• Develop and execute strategies for office design, fit‑out, refurbishment and real‑estate portfolio optimization.
• Partner with People, IT, Finance, Legal and other functions to create an engaging, productive workplace that aligns with corporate goals.
• Manage external service providers, ensuring cost governance, best‑practice delivery and compliance with safety and sustainability standards.
• Advise senior executives on workplace trends, hybrid work policies and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in workplace experience, facilities, real‑estate or related fields, preferably within a multinational environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross‑functional partners.
• Track record of delivering large‑scale office projects, health & safety programs and sustainability initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, communication and change‑management capabilities.
