Senior International Corporate Tax Advisor

About the role

EY’s International Corporate Tax Advisory team is seeking a senior professional to lead cross‑border tax planning and advisory services for its financial services clients. In this role you will work across multiple U.S. locations, partnering with multinational corporations and private equity firms to navigate complex international tax issues.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑border tax planning and restructuring engagements.
• Review foreign income taxation, treaty implementation, and withholding requirements.
• Provide jurisdiction‑specific reporting guidance and support dispute resolution.
• Advise on corporate acquisitions, internal restructuring, and refinancing from a tax perspective.
• Collaborate with Transaction Advisory Services and Tax service lines to deliver integrated solutions.

Required profile

• Significant experience in international corporate tax, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi‑jurisdictional tax projects.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a client‑focused mindset.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, JD, or equivalent.
