Senior Full Stack Engineer – Enterprise AI & Automation

About the role

The Senior Full‑Stack Engineer will design and deliver end‑to‑end features for a cutting‑edge context‑aware AI agent platform. You will work across the stack, turning complex large‑language‑model (LLM) architectures into reliable, polished user experiences that span multi‑channel conversations, persistent memory, and asynchronous workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement product features for the AI agent ecosystem, including REST/GraphQL APIs and robust PostgreSQL data models.
• Develop responsive React front‑ends tightly coupled with TypeScript back‑end services.
• Build and maintain asynchronous background job processing, distributed queues, and production‑grade observability.
• Design, evaluate, and optimise LLM agent workflows, covering prompt engineering, tool integration, retrieval‑augmented generation, and runtime execution.
• Ensure production reliability, data‑privacy compliance, and graceful handling of non‑deterministic user flows.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience with modern TypeScript, React, and relational database design (PostgreSQL).
• Strong background in building asynchronous systems, background jobs, and distributed queue architectures.
• Hands‑on familiarity with LLM/agent runtimes, tool calling, prompt engineering, and retrieval mechanisms (RAG).
• Track record of translating ambiguous product requirements into concrete, shipped features.
