Senior Finance Analytics & Business Intelligence Lead

About the role

Anthropic is seeking a senior individual contributor to lead Finance Analytics & Business Intelligence. You will define how the company measures model value, assess market positioning, and influence pricing and packaging decisions for AI products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a cross‑product benchmark suite to quantify model and product value.
• Build task‑cost and price‑elasticity models that guide live pricing and packaging.
• Run launch analytics, including capability‑based revenue analysis and market impact assessments.
• Integrate external datasets and research to deepen market understanding.
• Partner with Product Finance to translate ambiguous pricing questions into data‑driven decisions.
• Present findings and narratives to executive audiences and elevate the team’s analytics practice.

Required profile

• Proven ability to define measurement approaches for ambiguous problems.
• Experience delivering analyses that influence pricing, product, or competitive strategy.
• Hands‑on technical expertise, writing SQL and Python code yourself.
• Strong curiosity and comfort with fast‑moving AI product cycles.
• Ability to manage multiple fast‑changing workstreams and adapt to shifting priorities.
