About the role
Veta Virtual is seeking a hands‑on Salesforce Administrator who will also act as a CX Systems Specialist for a fast‑growing fintech and cryptocurrency client. This fully remote, full‑time position blends Salesforce Service Cloud administration with ownership of the contact‑center and telephony roadmap, turning support data into actionable insights.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Salesforce Service Cloud objects, fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules, and permissions.
- Troubleshoot user issues, perform routine maintenance, and ensure data hygiene.
- Support integrations between Salesforce and other support tools, and evaluate new Salesforce releases.
- Own the telephony and contact‑center platform roadmap, including CTI integration, call routing, and IVR.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate telephony rollouts with minimal disruption.
- Build and maintain dashboards on support performance (volume, response times, resolution rates, CSAT) and deliver regular reports.
- Identify trends and flag operational issues based on data analysis.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of hands‑on Salesforce administration experience, preferably with Service Cloud.
- Experience with a contact‑center or telephony platform (e.g., Amazon Connect, Five9, Twilio Flex, NICE, Genesys) is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to create reports and dashboards that translate raw data into actionable insights.
- Excellent cross‑functional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Highly detail‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑paced fintech environment.
