About the role

LoadFlow, a US‑based truck dispatch company, is looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to join its Business Development team. You will be the primary point of contact for owner‑operators and trucking companies across the United States, helping them discover profitable loads and reduce empty miles.

Key responsibilities

  • Contact owner‑operators and trucking companies nationwide to introduce LoadFlow’s dispatch services.
  • Generate leads, onboard new truckers, and guide them through the sign‑up process.
  • Follow up with prospects, convert interested parties into paying customers, and nurture long‑term relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

Required profile

  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Sales experience or familiarity with US truck dispatch preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Target‑oriented, confident on calls, and able to work independently.
