About the role
Labatt Food Service is looking for an energetic Sales Representative to cover the East Texas market. You will be the face of Labatt to restaurant chains and independent operators, introducing our unique food‑service solutions and building long‑term partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Present Labatt’s business model and product portfolio to food‑away‑from‑home customers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding new accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Identify growth opportunities and work toward achieving sales targets.
Required profile
- Excellent communicator with strong listening skills.
- Patient and attentive to customer needs, able to propose tailored solutions.
- Energetic, goal‑oriented and competitive with a proven record of initiative.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize prospects and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent culinary training (e.g., CIA).
- Experience in food service, restaurant environments, or sales is a strong plus.
