Sales Associate – Cadillac (Houston)

About the role

Central Houston Cadillac is looking for enthusiastic Automotive Car Sales Professionals to join their dynamic sales team. You will be responsible for selling new vehicles to personal and commercial customers while delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, showcase vehicles and explain features, warranties and financing options.
• Accompany customers on test drives, collect required documentation and negotiate prices and trade‑in values.
• Coordinate with the finance department to determine financing and ownership options.
• Contact past customers to ensure satisfaction and generate new business leads.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Service‑oriented attitude with ability to resolve customer grievances.
• Valid driver’s license, at least 22 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Required skills

• Customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain a Houston Sales License at hire.
