Remote Transaction Coordinator - Wisconsin

About the role

A real estate team is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator to oversee every aspect of buyer and seller transactions, from the executed purchase agreement through closing. This is a remote, part-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple real estate transactions and keep them moving smoothly and on time
• Maintain communication with clients, agents and other professionals
• Handle Wisconsin-specific documents such as WB-1 listing contracts, WB-11 offers to purchase, amendments and addenda
• Coordinate with local title companies (ordering titles, lien checks, payoff requests, closing schedules)
• Follow Wisconsin timelines for inspections, financing, appraisals and contingencies, and know when attorneys may be involved
• Process files according to brokerage and MLS standards

Required profile

• Transaction coordination experience specific to Wisconsin real estate
• Experience with MLS systems and document management tools
• Keller Williams experience strongly preferred
• Excellent organization and communication skills; detail-oriented, proactive and able to work independently
