Remote Recruiting Manager

About the role

Neat N' Tidy is seeking a hands‑on Recruiting Manager to own and scale the hiring engine across eight U.S. markets. This remote, contract position reports directly to the founder and plays a strategic part in driving growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop the current recruiter and future recruiting hires.
• Set weekly hiring goals, conduct 1‑on‑1s, and hold the team accountable.
• Own hiring KPIs (time‑to‑hire, cost‑per‑hire, source mix, offer acceptance, 30‑day retention) for all markets.
• Forecast hiring needs, build proactive candidate pipelines, and source directly via community channels.
• Test, measure, and expand paid sourcing platforms, referral programs, and vendor partnerships.
• Document and improve recruiting SOPs, interview scorecards, and onboarding flows.
• Design scalable interview loops to increase hiring volume tenfold.
• Maintain the recruiting tech stack, ensure data hygiene, and generate reporting.
• Report weekly on pipeline health, hiring performance, and forecasts.
• Partner with operations leaders to align on local hiring needs and quality standards.
• Coordinate new‑hire orientation and early‑stage employee experience.

Required profile

• 3+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to lead and develop recruiting teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience managing hiring metrics.
• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across multiple markets.
