Registered Nurse – Endoscopy (Day Shift)

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse specialized in endoscopy to join our Tyler, TX hospital team on a day shift. The role supports a variety of endoscopic procedures and offers both full‑time and part‑time schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with and monitor patients undergoing endoscopic procedures such as celioscopy, hysteroscopy, sedation, and sigmoidoscopy.
• Prepare and maintain endoscopy equipment and ensure strict adherence to infection control standards.
• Provide pre‑procedure education, intra‑procedure nursing care, and post‑procedure recovery monitoring.
• Collaborate with physicians, anesthesiologists, and the multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, high‑quality care.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the electronic health record.

Required profile

• ADN/ASN degree or higher from an accredited nursing program.
• Active, unencumbered RN license in Texas.
• Experience or strong interest in celioscopy, hysteroscopy, sedation, or sigmoidoscopy.
• Ability to work day‑shift hours in an acute‑care hospital environment.
