Project Manager – Multi‑discipline Projects

About the role

As a Project Manager at Philips in Bothell, WA, you will lead multi‑discipline projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate, plan and execute projects according to scope, schedule, budget, staffing and quality standards.
• Balance scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders and provide regular progress, risk and escalation reporting.
• Apply Philips Business System (PBS), Philips Excellence Process Framework (PEPF), PMBOK and SAFe methodologies to ensure best‑practice execution.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in project management or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management or equivalent; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, resources and multiple stakeholders.
• Effective communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills.

What we offer

• Base salary range $105,000 – $168,000 per year.
