About the role
The Medical & Clinical Program Manager drives cross‑functional coordination, clinical validation, data acquisition, and operational excellence across Medical & Clinical Affairs, R&D, and Product Management to advance next‑generation ultrasound devices and machine‑learning technologies. A critical activity will be to drive information management and project‑management improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Drive end‑to‑end clinical program execution, enabling Clinical Development Scientists and Research teams to deliver high‑quality studies on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulations.
- Lead internal data acquisition initiatives for image optimization while aligning with Clinical Operations requirements.
- Establish scalable project‑management and knowledge‑management frameworks using agile methodologies, standardized documentation, and digital collaboration platforms such as Confluence and SharePoint.
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards, Kanban boards, and progress‑reporting tools to provide transparency into study execution, resource utilization, risks, and outcomes.
- Coach and develop high‑performing teams through real‑time feedback, mentoring, and targeted training programs.
- Ensure quality, compliance, and inspection readiness by addressing knowledge gaps, supporting audits, corrective actions, and effectiveness checks.
Required profile
- 5+ years of project‑management experience in healthcare, medical devices, clinical studies, or related technical environments.
- Experience with agile project‑management methodologies and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Microsoft Forms.
- Strong documentation, information‑management, and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative, technical, scientific, or engineering discipline; PMP, Agile, Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma certifications are a plus.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English and ability to manage competing timelines and resources.

- Salary range $115,000 – $182,000 per year.
