About the role

The Post Market Surveillance Engineer is responsible for overseeing complaint handling processes, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and ensuring accurate vigilance reporting to improve product quality and customer satisfaction. This role involves mentoring new specialists, leading investigation teams, and generating periodic reports on complaint trends.

Key responsibilities

• Provide information on mid‑complexity product concerns and support complaint evaluators and investigators.
• Analyze complaint handling quality, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements.
• Resolve complex complaints, assess reportability, and escalate when necessary.
• Train and mentor new PMS complaint operations specialists, creating training materials.
• Generate periodic reports on complaint trends and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Medical Sciences, Healthcare Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in complaint handling, medical devices, quality assurance, or related fields; 3+ years preferred in medical device post‑market surveillance.
