Program Analyst

About the role

Amentum is hiring a Program Analyst in support of the Strategic Microelectronics Division at NSWC Crane. The role covers daily coordination and documentation work for the division and program, including analysis of requirements, meeting coordination and workflow support.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and coordinate with customers to produce plans, schedules, briefings, reports, correspondence and related documentation
• Compile inputs and help prepare presentation material
• Help manage master files and schedules for the division and program
• Maintain reports, spreadsheets and databases supporting division and program objectives
• Coordinate the preparation, scheduling and execution of meetings, write discussion summaries and track action items
• Assist with workflow management to complete tasks

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, or an Associate degree with at least 3 years of job-related experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret clearance (US citizenship is required)
• Strong written and oral communication skills and teamwork ability
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask, with flexibility to start and stop tasks as needed

Required skills

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
