Personal Shopper – Membership Services

About the role

The Personal Shopper supports Membership members by providing information on benefits, processing upgrades, and assisting with purchases in a Sam's Club environment. The role focuses on delivering excellent service while maintaining safety and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and support Membership by promoting benefits, processing upgrades, and meeting membership goals.
• Fulfill Member Fax ’n Pull and Click ’n Pull orders: pull items, scan, wrap, palletize, and ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain facility safety by following standards, conducting safety sweeps, and handling hazardous materials properly.
• Provide member service: identify needs, assist purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, resolve issues, and promote products.

Required profile

• Ability to follow company policies, safety procedures, and ethical standards.
• Strong collaboration with managers, co‑workers, and customers to meet priorities and deadlines.
