Partnerships Manager, US Public Health

About the role

Anthropic is seeking a Partnerships Manager to expand its health initiatives within the United States public health system. The role will shape strategy, manage flagship AI deployments, and build deep collaborations with federal, state, and local agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to Anthropic's US public health strategy, identifying priority partners and use cases.
• Own a portfolio of flagship deployments, coordinating with Applied AI, product, policy, and go‑to‑market teams.
• Source, evaluate, and onboard new partners while ensuring compliance with government procurement, data‑governance, and privacy requirements.
• Translate partner needs into deployment plans that account for legacy systems and workforce realities.
• Support the creation of shared resources and digital public goods to promote responsible AI use.
• Build an evidence base by partnering with academic and evaluation organizations.
• Represent Anthropic at public‑health convenings, funders, and policymakers.
• Help shape team processes and hand off operations as the area grows.

Required profile

• Proven credibility and network within the US public health ecosystem.
• Ability to discuss AI deployment with technical and policy stakeholders.
• Comfort operating in an emerging, rapidly evolving space.
• Strong collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
• Experience managing complex, custom partnerships.
