Outside Recovery Associate

About the role

The Outside Recovery Associate supports customers by loading their purchases into vehicles and helps maintain the outdoor merchandising area of the store. This position combines direct customer service with upkeep of the store’s exterior presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in loading items into their vehicles and obtain signatures on load‑out tickets.
• Price and zone outdoor merchandise, unload delivery trucks, and gather shopping carts.
• Maintain a clean and organized parking lot, corral, and outdoor display areas.
• Follow the Outdoor Merchandising Guide to ensure consistent store appearance.
• Operate retail equipment such as Telxon gun, forklift, pallet jack, and ladder.
• Use standard office equipment (telephone, copier, computer) for daily tasks.
• Participate in cross‑training and learning initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Ability to work safely in a physical, outdoor environment.
• Willingness to learn and follow store procedures.
