We are seeking an on‑site Office Manager to lead the daily administrative functions of our New York office. The role ensures smooth office operations, supports staff, and maintains a positive work environment.

Required profile

- Proficiency in administrative assistance and office administration
- Competence in working with office equipment and managing system functionality
- Customer service experience to address and resolve inquiries effectively
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with office management tools and software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
