Mid-level Agentic DevOps Engineer (Remote, USA)

About the role

FullStackFullStack is seeking a mid‑level Agentic DevOps Engineer to join its remote team serving U.S. federal‑government projects. You will work either as a team‑augmentation member embedded with client engineers or on a full‑stack product team delivering end‑to‑end solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain production‑grade cloud infrastructure on AWS at scale.
• Develop and manage IaC using Terraform and Terragrunt, including Helm charts for Kubernetes workloads.
• Build, monitor, and improve CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and Advanced Security features.
• Automate operational tasks and internal tools using Python scripting.
• Provide observability and alerting through Datadog, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
• Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams to deliver reliable releases.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional DevOps experience supporting large‑scale cloud environments.
• U.S. citizenship and physical residence in the United States (contractual requirement).
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and take ownership of deliverables.

Required skills

• AWS services: IAM, EKS, VPC, EC2, Secrets Manager, Serverless.
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Terragrunt, Helm.
• Container orchestration and Kubernetes.
• CI/CD: GitHub Actions, GitHub Advanced Security.
• Python for automation.
• Datadog monitoring.
• Serverless technologies: Lambda, Fargate.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2) is a plus.
