Merchandiser

About the role

As a Merchandiser at Breakthru Beverage, you will creatively showcase our brands by building displays, managing inventory, and ensuring optimal product placement across retail locations. This full‑time, field‑based role requires a hands‑on approach and a reliable vehicle to serve our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily merchandising in new and existing accounts, including stocking and rotating shelves.
• Build and maintain attractive product displays and manage POS materials.
• Execute store resets for remodels, grand openings, and seasonal changes.
• Develop strong relationships with key accounts and gather feedback on merchandising activities.
• Identify brand and category opportunities, expand shelf and cold‑box facings, and communicate out‑of‑stock or new‑item opportunities.
• Continuously grow knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits to better serve customers.
• Handle beverage alcohol products responsibly and ensure safe interactions with the public.

Required profile

• 21 years of age or older, preferably with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professionalism, sound judgment, and the ability to work occasional weekends.
• Physical ability to lift and carry 45‑65 lb regularly.
