Member Assist Cart Attendant

About the role

As a Member Assist Cart Attendant you will be the first and last point of contact for members visiting the club. You will ensure the parking area is tidy, carts are readily available, and members receive friendly assistance with their purchases and vehicle loading.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized parking lot and cart area.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting members, answering questions, and assisting with purchases.
• Ensure carts and flatbeds are stocked and ready for member use.
• Help members load items into their vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Handle club pick‑up orders: notify members of delays, offer alternative products, and package items according to company standards.
• Operate cash registers for member transactions, process payments, and manage different membership and payment types.
• Conduct safety sweeps, follow merchandise handling procedures, and report unsafe conditions.
• Resolve member issues promptly and promote Sam’s Club products and services.
