About the role
The Maintenance Technician – Brio is responsible for performing technical and mechanical work that keeps the building, grounds, amenities and common areas of the property safe, clean, functional and in line with Greystar’s standards.
Key responsibilities
- Complete assigned work orders generated from resident service requests and conduct preventative maintenance, diagnosing defects and repairing them in accordance with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
- Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch‑lists of required maintenance, scheduling vendors and contractors, and obtaining necessary supplies.
Required profile
- Proven experience in building or property maintenance, with the ability to follow safety procedures and work collaboratively with residents, vendors and internal teams.
