Maintenance Technician – Avila (Rancho Santa Margarita)

About the role

The Maintenance Technician – Avila will ensure that the physical components of the property, including buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete assigned work orders.
• Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair issues related to HVAC, appliances, plumbing, drywall and other mechanical systems.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Provide on‑call support and weekend coverage as required.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, appliance repair, plumbing and drywall.
• Ability to work weekends and be on call.
• Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi or Leonardo 247 is preferred.
