Maintenance Technician – 30Six NoDa

About the role

Greystar is seeking a full‑time Maintenance Technician for its 30Six NoDa property in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on keeping the building, grounds, amenities and common areas in optimal condition, ensuring safety, appearance and functionality for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests by completing work orders and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Conduct preventative maintenance tasks to identify and resolve potential issues before they affect operations.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process, preparing vacant apartments for new tenants, including cleaning, minor repairs and inspections.
• Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule to address after‑hours emergencies.

Required profile

• Experience performing technical and mechanical work in a residential or commercial setting.
• Ability to diagnose defects, follow safety procedures and adhere to regulatory codes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and functionality.
