Maintenance Supervisor – The Jamison Community

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee technical and mechanical work to keep The Jamison community’s buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas clean, safe, and fully functional. This full‑time position follows a Monday‑Friday schedule with a rotating on‑call rotation.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders, diagnose issues, and perform repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply ordering, and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance and cleanliness of grounds, building exteriors, interiors, breezeways, signage, parking areas, and other common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by team members, contractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, collaborating with the Community Manager to stay within budget.
• Complete monthly preventative maintenance tasks and related documentation.

Required profile

• Ability to work Monday‑Friday with a rotating on‑call schedule.
• Strong attention to detail for inspections and quality control.
• Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, and internal maintenance staff.
