Community Manager - The Allen

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager for The Allen, a mid‑rise lease‑up property in Kissimmee. The role oversees daily operations, financial performance and resident experience for a 312‑unit community.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the property budget, analyze financial statements and monitor revenue targets.
• Ensure timely rent collection, process bank deposits, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates and coordinate with accounting.
• Oversee lease administration, including applicant approvals, renewals, discounts, inspections, evictions and fee collection.
• Monitor market trends and implement short‑ and long‑term leasing and marketing strategies.
• Maintain compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act and company policies.

Required profile

• Experience managing multifamily property operations, preferably in a lease‑up environment.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data and market information.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of relevant housing regulations and compliance requirements.
