Key responsibilities

• Leasing Professional: conduct tours, qualify applicants, and close lease agreements.
• Assistant Community Manager: support daily operations, handle collections, and maintain bookkeeping records.
• Community Manager: oversee resident relations, enforce policies, and manage property performance.
• Groundskeeper: maintain landscaping, ensure curb appeal, and perform outdoor upkeep.
• Make Ready Technician: prepare vacant units for new residents, handling cleaning and repairs.
• Service Technician & Service Supervisor: perform routine maintenance, respond to service calls, and supervise maintenance staff.

Required profile

• Community Manager: minimum 2 years residential property‑management experience.
• Assistant Community Manager: at least 1 year in property management or related collections/bookkeeping role.
• Leasing Professional: 1 year in apartment leasing or real‑estate sales with strong customer‑service skills.
• Maintenance/Supervisor roles: at least 2 years in apartment maintenance or a comparable field.
