Maintenance Scheduler – Greenville, Ohio

About the role

The Maintenance Scheduler will plan, schedule and coordinate all maintenance activities at our Greenville, Ohio site. This position ensures that maintenance work is performed safely, correctly and on time, supporting continuous 24/7 production operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate contractor maintenance activities, including scheduling, site access and execution.
• Develop weekly and long‑term maintenance schedules aligned with production and operational needs.
• Prepare complete work orders with required materials, labor, tools and permits.
• Monitor schedule adherence and adjust plans for emergent or high‑priority tasks.
• Maintain accurate maintenance data in SAP.
• Communicate schedules, priorities and plant impacts to all stakeholders.
• Identify and implement improvement opportunities to enhance safety, cost efficiency and overall workflow.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and coordination abilities to act as a bridge between maintenance, operations, engineering and contractors.
• Focus on safety and ability to ensure compliance with all relevant procedures and permits.
• Analytical mindset with capacity to adjust schedules quickly in response to changing production demands.
• Effective communication skills for clear information exchange with diverse teams.
