Legal Assistant – Personal Injury (Remote)

About the role

Sorrels Law, a Texas‑based firm renowned for its expertise in personal injury and other complex litigation, is seeking a full‑time remote Legal Assistant. You will work directly with senior attorneys to support case preparation and client representation.

Key responsibilities

• Draft petitions, motions, and discovery responses for personal injury matters.
• Prepare tables, charts, and other visual aids for trial preparation.
• Assist with trial logistics and document organization.
• Maintain accurate and polished legal documents with perfect grammar and punctuation.
• Collaborate with attorneys to ensure timely filing and compliance with Texas law.

Required profile

• At least 1–2 years of experience in personal injury law.
• Strong knowledge of Texas personal injury statutes and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to produce error‑free documents.
