Leasing Professional – Verde Esterra Park

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional to join the Verde Esterra Park team in Redmond. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through effective leasing and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct prospect outreach, schedule and lead virtual and in‑person apartment tours.
• Manage the move‑in process to ensure a seamless experience for new residents.
• Perform market research on comparable properties to support marketing and advertising strategies.
• Plan and execute community events that enhance resident engagement.
• Follow up with prospects via phone and email and utilize social media platforms to promote available units.
• Assist with lease renewals and respond promptly to resident concerns.

Required profile

• Previous sales or customer‑service experience with a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to complete legal leasing documents.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with property‑management software such as Yardi or OneSite (preferred but not required).
