Leasing Professional – Prose Ascend

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts for the Prose Ascend community. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, ensuring a smooth leasing experience and fostering long‑term resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate any maintenance needs, and ensure apartments are move‑in ready.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing strategies.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage resident data.
• Maintain show‑unit standards through daily inspections and coordination with the maintenance team.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on resident satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software (e.g., OneSite, Yardi).
• Experience using online marketing tools such as Craigslist and Facebook.
