Leasing Professional – Marston Music Row

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the new Marston Music Row community in downtown Nashville. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention targets throughout the lease‑up phase of this 396‑unit mid‑rise property.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, and process applications, including credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure a smooth resident move‑in experience.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to resolve any issues, and confirm units are ready for residents.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community policies on concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage resident and prospect data.

Required profile

• Ability to work Monday‑Friday with rotating weekend shifts.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.
