Leasing Professional for a Garden‑Style Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional to join the Central Park East community in Bellevue. You will be responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through marketing, leasing, and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct prospect building, virtual and in‑person tours, and manage the full leasing cycle from application to move‑in.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance, and ensure show units meet company standards.
• Develop and execute marketing plans, including social media, internet listings, resident referral programs, and employer outreach.
• Handle lease renewals, prepare renewal packages, and follow up with residents to ensure satisfaction.
• Respond promptly to resident concerns and communicate with owners or management as needed.

Required profile

• Previous sales or customer‑service experience with a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills for legal documents and resident interactions.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet physical demands of the role.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with property‑management software such as Yardi or OneSite (preferred).
