Leasing Professional – District on La Frontera

About the role

The Leasing Professional for the District on La Frontera community is responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through effective marketing, leasing, and renewal activities. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents, ensuring a seamless leasing experience from first inquiry to move‑in and lease renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, process applications, and manage credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and coordinate smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect units before occupancy, confirm move‑in readiness, and schedule any maintenance needed.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community concessions and specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain resident and prospect data.
