Leasing Professional – Cadena at the Falls

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for the Cadena at the Falls community, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities, including greeting prospects, qualifying leads, conducting tours, processing applications, credit and background checks, and preparing lease packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure they are ready, and coordinate any outstanding items with maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community policies on concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising using platforms like Craigslist, Facebook, and email.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record traffic, manage resident data, and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Ability to perform comprehensive leasing activities from prospect interaction to lease signing.
• Attention to detail in apartment inspections and move‑in readiness.
• Awareness of local market trends and competitor activity.
• Capability to develop and implement marketing programs that drive traffic.
• Proficiency in using property management software to manage data and reporting.
