About the role
The Community Manager for The Lola will oversee daily operations of the assigned multifamily property, leading the on‑site team and ensuring compliance with Greystar policies and relevant housing regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in developing property budgets by analyzing financial statements and market data.
- Achieve revenue targets by setting rent rates, collecting payments, and preparing monthly financial reports.
- Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and coordinate coding to the appropriate chart of accounts.
- Manage petty cash, control expenditures, and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
- Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, evictions, and collection of late fees.
- Monitor market trends and implement short‑ and long‑term leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
- Promote resident satisfaction and retention through proactive community engagement.
