About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional for the Avenue 34 community in Los Angeles. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction through proactive leasing, renewals and resident services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property tours, qualify prospects and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
