Leasing Professional – Arlington 360

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts for its Arlington 360 community. You will be responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through proactive leasing activities and exceptional resident service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screening and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property‑management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Strong sales and leasing orientation with a focus on achieving occupancy and revenue targets.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to inspect units and coordinate maintenance tasks.
• Proactive understanding of local market trends and competitor activity.
