Leasing Manager – Garden‑Style Community in Charlotte

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Manager for Solstice at Eastland Yards, a new garden‑style apartment community in Charlotte, NC. You will lead marketing, advertising, and leasing activities to meet revenue, occupancy, and resident‑retention goals during the lease‑up phase.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising, and sales efforts to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
• Monitor on‑site traffic, maintain an inventory of ready‑to‑lease apartments, set rent pricing and concessions, and oversee daily leasing operations.
• Stay informed on market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and implement creative pricing and incentive strategies.
• Create and execute print and online advertising campaigns, use technology and property‑management software to generate leasing reports.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure the community’s appearance and safety meet Greystar standards, inspect ready units, and employ merchandising techniques such as mini‑models.
• Participate actively in the leasing process: generate traffic, qualify prospects, lease apartments, prepare documentation, and close deals.

Required profile

• Proven ability to achieve community revenue and occupancy goals.
• Strong knowledge of local market conditions and competitor activity.
• Experience developing and executing marketing and advertising plans.
• Ability to coordinate with maintenance and ensure property standards.
• Hands‑on involvement in the full leasing cycle, from prospecting to lease execution.
