Leasing Manager – Garden Community

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to lead the marketing, sales and leasing operations for a new 300‑unit garden‑style community in Chamblee, GA. The role oversees the leasing team, drives occupancy and revenue targets, and ensures a high level of resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and online advertising to generate qualified leads.
• Manage on‑site traffic, maintain an inventory of ready‑to‑lease apartments, and set rent pricing and concessions.
• Lead the leasing team, monitor daily sales and leasing activities, and achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies.
• Coordinate resident retention initiatives and support overall community performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leasing, property management or real‑estate sales.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent understanding of market dynamics, pricing strategies and resident retention.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday with rotating weekend coverage.
