Key Account Representative – Foot Locker

About the role
As a Key Account Representative you will own the adidas partnership with Foot Locker, driving both sell‑in and sell‑through performance across apparel. You will represent adidas products, build profitable growth, and strengthen the relationship through strategic planning, consistent service, and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Guide top‑ and bottom‑line results using strong business acumen, retail math, and focused account execution.
- Develop account‑specific sales strategies that align with brand direction, category priorities, and profitability goals.
- Partner with marketing and retail activation teams to execute programs that elevate in‑store and digital performance.
- Act as a connector between adidas teams and Foot Locker operations to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
- Deliver reliable forecasts, manage orders and claims, and resolve compliance issues accurately and timely.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum three years of related sales experience; athletic or consumer goods experience preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 20 % and lift/carry samples up to 25 lb.
Required skills
- Strong understanding of retail math, forecasting, and profitability levers.
- Ability to use financial data to influence decisions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
