Industrial Print Technical Specialist

About the role

Konica Minolta is seeking an Industrial Print Technical Specialist to provide onsite technical support for ink‑jet printing systems. The role involves installation, maintenance, repairs, and training to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair ink‑jet print equipment at customer sites.
• Document work performed, track parts usage, and perform testing, calibration, and software updates.
• Conduct preventative maintenance according to scheduled intervals.
• Communicate technical information clearly to customers and exceed their expectations.
• Identify urgent issues, recommend work‑arounds, and manage escalations to minimize downtime.
• Provide operator training and ongoing support.
• Participate in learning opportunities and apply new knowledge to improve customer experience.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum three years of service technical support experience.
• Strong self‑motivation, ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work varied shifts.
