Inbound & Outbound Sales Representative – Remote

About the role

This remote position focuses on high‑volume inbound and outbound calls to qualify health‑insurance prospects and transfer them to licensed agents. The work is centered on dialing, qualifying, and hand‑off, with no additional strategic responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Make 80‑150+ calls per day using a predictive or power dialer.
• Follow up leads that were not reached on the first attempt.
• Qualify prospects on health‑insurance needs and eligibility.
• Perform live, professional transfers to licensed agents.
• Log call outcomes, lead status, and notes in Google Sheets immediately after each interaction.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in a high‑volume outbound dialer role.
• Experience with predictive or power dialers (e.g., Five9, VICI, RingCentral).
• Previous live‑transfer experience.
• Near‑native or fully fluent spoken English.
• Ability to maintain energy and accuracy despite frequent rejections.

What we offer
