Human Resources Generalist

About the role

Insight Global is looking for a hands‑on Human Resources Generalist to join a fully remote, fast‑growing team. This contract‑to‑hire position will split time between high‑volume recruiting and onboarding, and the ownership of core HR operations and UKG system projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support talent acquisition for ~24 active openings, handling interview coordination, candidate communication, and hiring workflow execution.
• Own onboarding activities, including offer processing, system setup, and new‑hire orientation, and assist with off‑boarding as needed.
• Develop, standardize, and document scalable HR processes across operations, performance management, compensation, payroll, and benefits.
• Partner with HR leadership on workforce‑related projects, strategic charters, and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Serve as an active user and process owner of UKG Focus, managing daily administration, building dashboards, reports, and workflows, and recommending system improvements.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist.
• Proven experience owning and improving HR processes.
• Hands‑on experience across talent acquisition, HR operations, and performance management.
• Experience supporting employees in multiple U.S. states.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, remote‑first environment.
