Human Resources Generalist (Corporate)

About the role

We are looking for an organized, people‑focused HR professional to join Townsquare Media Group’s corporate HR team. This full‑time, remote position supports employees and leaders across the organization, offering exposure to all facets of human resources in a fast‑paced media and digital‑marketing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Administer the company’s 401(k) program, handling communications, vendor coordination, and issue resolution.
• Support leave of absence processes (FMLA, ADA, etc.) and partner with managers to ensure smooth, compliant experiences.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing responsive and professional support.
• Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding activities to deliver a seamless employee experience.
• Partner with HR leadership on employee‑relations matters, investigations, and key initiatives.
• Assist with benefits administration and day‑to‑day HR operations.
• Prepare HR reports and metrics for business and compliance needs.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities and contribute to ongoing HR projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer‑service mindset with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
• Highly organized, responsive, proactive and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using Outlook.
