HR Coordinator – Fashion & Accessories

About the role
The HR Coordinator will support Richemont Americas' Fashion & Accessories portfolio in North America, including brands such as Montblanc, Chloé, Dunhill, Delvaux, and Alaïa. Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, the role partners with business leaders and HR teams to drive talent initiatives, employee relations, and operational HR processes.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate learning and development programs to meet team needs.
- Partner with HR Directors on performance management, employee relations, and workplace investigations.
- Assist full‑life‑cycle recruitment, manage job postings, and maintain talent acquisition reports.
- Support performance management processes, including tracking PIPs, corrective actions, and development plans.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of employee benefits and assist employees with enrollment and related inquiries.
Required profile
- Broad understanding of HR functions across talent management, recruitment, total rewards, learning, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with business units, HR teams, and external partners.
- Ability to handle confidential information and conduct workplace investigations.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
