About the role

The Hampton Inn Miami Brickell Hotel is looking for a fun, detail‑oriented, dedicated individual to join the team as a Houseperson. You will help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in public areas, contributing to exceptional guest experiences in a vibrant, team‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of corridors, lobbies, and other public spaces through regular cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, and upkeep.
• Support housekeeping operations by responding promptly to guest requests for supplies and keeping inventory of towels, linens, and amenities organized.
• Set up and break down meeting rooms and event spaces, arranging furniture and equipment and restoring areas after events.
• Collect and dispose of trash, ensuring proper waste management in accordance with hotel procedures.
• Identify and report maintenance issues in common areas, assisting with minor repairs when needed.
• Provide courteous customer service, assisting guests with information or requests in a professional manner.
